Delivery
We work with the carriers PS Nachtdistributie, AGX and UPS. Depending on the size of the parcel and the logistics options at your location, we choose the most suitable shipping method.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we no longer have any influence on the final delivery time.
Do you really ship all products immediately?
Yes. Our daily goal is to ship orders placed before 16:00 the same working day. However, it may happen that a product is not in stock or has to be ordered specially. In that case you will receive an e-mail informing you that unfortunately we cannot deliver everything immediately. Of course we do everything we can to complete the delivery as soon as possible. If you would prefer to order an alternative, please let us know. We are happy to think along with you.
Alternative shipping methods
In addition to our regular night distribution via PS or AGX, we can also deliver during the day, for example via AGX day delivery or via UPS. The choice of carrier is based on the parcel size and the delivery options available at your location.
Shipping with AGX or UPS
AGX offers both day and night delivery. If day delivery is preferred or night delivery is not possible, we can use AGX as an alternative to other carriers.
UPS is mainly used when the parcel is too large for letterbox delivery or when a night safe is not available. If we receive your order before 16:00, UPS usually delivers your order the next working day before 17:00. For orders placed after 16:00, delivery follows on the next working day after that. You will be informed if your order is shipped via UPS.
Shipping costs
Within the Benelux
If the purchase value of your order is less than €250.00 excluding VAT, we charge €7.50 excluding VAT for shipping and administration costs with AGX or PS. If your order is shipped with UPS, a variable rate applies.
For orders with a purchase value of more than €250.00 excluding VAT, no shipping and administration costs are charged within the Benelux, unless you have special requirements regarding shipping. If you prefer a shipping method other than described above, we will always arrange this in consultation with you. Any additional costs are for the buyer’s account.
MaxGraft products are always delivered with shipping costs. The applicable rate of the carrier will be charged to you.
Outside the Benelux
For shipments outside the Benelux, no shipping costs are charged for a purchase value of more than €500.00 excluding VAT. For orders below this amount or for special shipping requests, a shipping rate applies in consultation. Any additional costs are for the buyer’s account.
