What is the delivery time of my order?
Orders we receive on working days before 16:00 are shipped the same day, provided the products are in stock. If you order products that we do not have in stock, or if you order after 16:00, you will be informed immediately about an alternative delivery time.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped by default with PS night couriers. This night courier delivers at night to your night safe as well as your letterbox, which allows us to guarantee that your order is delivered on time if all products are in stock. If you would like your order to be shipped or received differently, other terms and guarantees apply. These are discussed individually.
Where can I find the most recent price list?
You can request the botiss biomaterials Benelux price list by sending an e-mail to sales@botiss.nl . Or request an account for the E-Catalog , so you always have the most up-to-date prices available.
