Treatment of a combined horizontal and vertical bone defect in the maxilla with maxgraft® cortico in the allogenic shell technique

Treatment of a combined horizontal and vertical bone defect in the maxilla with maxgraft® cortico in the allogenic shell technique

**Dr. med. dent.**Robert Würdinger:

A severe horizontal and vertical bone defect was treated with maxgraft® cortico without the need of bone block harvesting. Additionally, an external sinuslift with cerabone® was previously performed at the defect site. Due to the excellent results with the shell-technique, no augmentative relining with xenogeneic material was needed at the end!
