A patient presented with a complex maxillary defect in area 14-16. The combination of maxgraft® bonebuilder and mucoderm® for vestibuloplasty during implant placement enabled the regeneration of vital bone tissue and good aesthetic appearance without the need of harvesting autologous hard and soft tissue.
